1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA, including Hawaii and Alaska.
Note: Delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases (APO/FPO) may result in slightly longer transit times.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Order Modifications: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping destination once the order has been handed over to our logistics partners.
3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Because we ship directly from our global manufacturing partners to provide you with the latest health optimizations, our shipping times are as follows:
- USA Standard Shipping: 7–15 Business Days
- Express Insured Shipping: 5–10 Business Days (if selected at checkout)
Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as high seasonal volume or customs processing may impact delivery dates.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking Portal: You can track your package directly on our website at https://shop.trendyhealthblog.com/track
- Updates: Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update in the system after the package has departed the warehouse.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
Trendy Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most standard orders to the USA, packages fall below the “de minimis” threshold and typically do not incur additional duties.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information states that your package was “Delivered” but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Wait 24 hours, as some carriers mark items as delivered prematurely.
- If the package is still missing, contact our support team at [Insert Email].
Note: Trendy Health is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer entry errors.
7. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple different products may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package at no extra cost to you.
