At Trendy Health, we are committed to your wellness journey. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the personal nature of our products, we have established the following policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any unopened and unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original seals and packaging intact.
2. HYGIENE & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS
To comply with health and safety regulations in the USA, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, tried on, or used. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Oral Care: Teeth Retainers, Mouth Guards, Tongue Scrapers.
- Breathing Aids: Mouth Tape, Nasal Dilators.
- Personal Wear: Eye Masks, Ear Seeds, Toe Spacers.
If the factory seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
3. REPLACEMENTS FOR DEFECTS OR DAMAGE
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
- Reporting Window: Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Required Evidence: Email us at [Insert Email] with your order number and a clear photo or video of the damage/defect.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a new unit immediately.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (not involving defects), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Trackable Shipping: If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Restocking Fee: Please note that a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds for non-defective returns to cover processing and inspection.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been moved to our fulfillment center or shipped, we can no longer cancel the order, and the standard return policy will apply.
